Initial Screen From the “+” button in the top-right corner or the “Add Video” button, you can select a video. You can choose a video from either Photos or Files. Trimming Screen for the Selected Video Here, you can adjust the length of the video you want to transfer to Apple Watch. Use the upper slider to set the start time and the lower slider to set the end time. Once you’ve decided on the length, tap the button to trim and add the video to the list. In the free version, you can trim videos up to 10 seconds long. Screen After Trimming The trimmed video is displayed here. Select the video you want to send to Apple Watch, then tap the Send button on the right to transfer it to Apple Watch. The larger the video file, the longer the transfer will take.
